Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply when you use this website, any of our social media sites, communicate with us, participate in a promotion or hire equipment from us.


Hiring of Equipment


The agreement of hire commences when we deliver or you pick up the equipment and you have paid for that equipment.

The agreement of hire continues until you return or we pick up the equipment from you.

We will calculate the number of days included in the period of hire from 5am on the day the hire commenced until 9pm on the day the hire was completed. Before or after these times will be counted as an extra day at our discretion.



The equipment on hire shall remain the absolute property of the Company. You are not allowed to let anyone else use, borrow, rent or buy the equipment.

When you receive the equipment you need to check that it is in good working condition as set out by the Company. If you do not tell us that there is a problem with the equipment, then you agree that the equipment was provided by us in good working condition.

We may ask that you take a photo of the equipment and send it to us to verify any problem you may have with the equipment.

You must keep the equipment in the same condition that it is in when it was provided to you. You will be required to pay for the costs of repairing or replacing equipment (at our choice) that is damaged while in your possession.

If the equipment does not perform to the standard that is expected, then you must let us know immediately. For example if a zipper is faulty, then you must call us and tell us so we can make arrangements to fix this problem. You must try to fix these problems or use the equipment if it is faulty.



You are only allowed to use the equipment for its proper and intended purpose. If you are not sure what this is, then please contact us.

If you are thinking of using the equipment for rough or irregular travel, then please let us know so we can advise you if the equipment is suitable or if you are allowed to use it for that purpose.

Throughout the period of hire you will be responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment and shall be liable to the Company for all loss of or damage to the equipment. Even losses not caused by you, such as a transport company losing the equipment, is your responsibility. All losses and damage will be charged as follows:

Loss / damage of padded adaptor: $30

Loss / damage of frame pad: $30

Loss / damage of handle: $40

Loss / damage of wheel: $50

Loss / damage of stabilizer’s: $20

You agree that we may charge your credit card for the above costs.

You shall notify the Company of any loss of or damage to any equipment on hire within 48 hours of such loss or damage being sustained.

You shall not carry out or attempt to carry out any repairs to damaged equipment without our permission.

You shall pay to the Company the full cost of replacing any lost equipment or severely damaged equipment at our complete discretion.



It is your responsibility to ensure that all equipment and property contained within it has the appropriate level of insurance.

We are not responsible for any damage that is caused to your property when you use the equipment.



If you need to cancel a booking, you notify us 7 days before the start of your booking for a full refund.



If the Company for any reason is unable to provide any equipment which is the subject of an agreement between the Company and the Hirer then the Company shall not be liable for any loss or consequential loss suffered by the Hirer as a result of it.



We have provided you with mechanisms to pay for the hire of equipment, on behalf of VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. By using these payment methods and payment companies you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by those payment companies. We are not responsible for any costs, charges or losses that result to you from using those payment companies.

We will only facilitate payments that have been either authorised by you or are authorised under our terms and conditions and notified to you.

If you believe that any payment has been made in error, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter. While we will try to assist you to correct any mistaken payments, however you agree that the payment companies will have control over the reversal or crediting of such incorrect payments.




We will comply with the National Privacy Principles in all dealings with you and with respect to all information that you provide.

If you post information on this site, including reviews or comments, then we may use that information to promote our business, including re-posting this information on our site or social media sites and marketing our service. We will not disclose your full name or address when we do this without your permission.


Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with our service, please contact us and let us know. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Victoria and the country of Australia.
